Kyle's Kitchen is kicking off LGS Month by illuminating for International LGS Awareness Day on Thursday, November 1st. Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome (LGS) is a rare and often debilitating form of childhood-onset epilepsy. In addition, Kyle's Kitchen employees will be wearing helmets and participating in the LGS "Ask Me About my Helmet" Campaign to raise public awareness of Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome. Helmets are crucial for the safety of people with LGS due to the very real possibility that they'll suffer severe head injuries as a result of multiple daily seizures.
Kyle's Kitchen is supporting LGS for the months of October and November by donating a portion of sales to the foundation. Come by November 1 to help spread awareness, listen to live music from Christina Apostolopoulos, and of course, some delicious eats from Kyle's Kitchen! Event info HERE.
