"The new concept will take the best parts of Süp & Jüs and add an exciting twist," said Emily Hannigan, a spokesowoman for the company. "We will be announcing more details soon, and we are hoping to open in early February. She said the place will feature a restaurant concept in the same space that will still have "many soups."
