Choppa Ice Cream to Open Soon!

A Thai-style rolled ice cream shop is planning on opening in Hollister Village Plaza very soon! ​Thai Rolled Ice Cream is made on a frozen stone - liquid cream is poured onto the stone, and your favorite flavors and candies (think chocolate bars, strawberries, caramel, you name it!) are blended into the cream until it freezes. The ice cream is rolled flat, and is then scraped into rolls for the consumer. Yum! Stay tuned for grand opening details!
