Big things are happening at Hollister Village Plaza! We're excited to announce that three popular restaurant brands—Raising Cane's, Urbane Cafe, and El Pollo Loco—will soon be joining the center, bringing even more dining options to the Goleta community.

The new restaurants will be located side-by-side within the plaza, creating a convenient destination for everything from quick lunches and family dinners to takeout on the go.

What's Coming?

Raising Cane's will open in the former Kyle's Kitchen space and will bring its famous chicken finger meals, Texas toast, crinkle-cut fries, and signature Cane's Sauce® to Hollister Village Plaza.

Urbane Cafe will take over the former Choppa Poke location, offering a menu of fresh sandwiches, salads, bowls, and fire-baked focaccia made with quality ingredients.

El Pollo Loco will open in the former Sleep Number space, serving its signature citrus-marinated, fire-grilled chicken alongside a variety of Mexican-inspired favorites and family meal options.

Good News! We're extending our Live Music series at Hollister Village Plaza with more dates!
